About Directorate of Higher Education Admission Portal - 2026-27


The Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Goa, has implemented the Samarth e-Governance Admission Portal for the 2026-27 academic year to streamline and digitize the admission process for Government and Aided Colleges in the state.

The portal offers a centralized online admission system, allowing students to apply to multiple colleges and programs through a single platform. It ensures transparency, efficiency, and ease of access for applicants and institutions alike.

The portal is a step towards digital transformation in higher education, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient admission process for students and institutions.

  • The Online Admission Portal will be open from 23/03/2026 to 06/04/2026 midnight
  • Admissions to B.A.B.Ed., B.Sc.B.Ed., and B.A. LL.B. programmes at the institutions under the administrative control of the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Goa shall commence at a later stage, after the announcement of the respective NCTE entrance test results and GU-CLAT scores. Further updates will be notified accordingly.
